Jefferson College reported a 3% rise in in-state tuition fees for the 2022-23 academic year, based on the most recent figures, according to the latest disclosure from the National Center for Education Statistics.

Missouri residents paid $6,210 to attend the two-year public college this year, marking an increase of $180 from the $6,030 charged during the 2021-22 academic year.

Non-resident students faced tuition costs 28.5% higher than those for residents in the 2022-23 school year, totaling $7,980. This amount reflects a 3.1% increase from $7,740 in the previous year.

Approximately 97% of the undergraduate student body at Jefferson College are Missouri residents. Students from other states make up about 1%, while international students comprise 2%.

Data indicates that 90% of full-time undergraduates who began studies at Jefferson College in 2022-23 received some form of financial aid. A total of 626 students were awarded grants or scholarships amounting to $3.2 million, and 54 students took out loans exceeding $238,555.

Across the entire undergraduate population, 1,798 students received grants or scholarships totaling $8.5 million. Additionally, 324 students obtained federal student loans totaling $1.6 million.
