JCL-Northwest is proud to continue our partnership with OASIS to host a 7-session course on Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions. Presented by OASIS and developed and tested by Stanford University, this self-management course is for adults with chronic conditions. Studies show that participants experience greater energy, reduced fatigue, increased activity, better emotional health, and enhanced partnerships with healthcare teams after taking the class. Participants learn and practice skills such as problem-solving and goal setting, to cope with common symptoms, and frustrations of living with chronic illness.

The first session is Wednesday, June 1st, and it runs from 10am — 1pm.
