***ARREST & CHARGES***
50-year-old Holly Smith of Barnhart is charged with Involuntary Manslaughter 1st Degree, Leaving the Scene of an Accident Resulting in Death, & Driving While Intoxicated. This stems from a vehicle crash Friday evening.
Smith is being held in our jail with no bond.
