We have some sad news to pass along.
Our office learned today the victim of last week’s deadly fire on West Lakewood Drive near Fenton is Carol Soppeland.
Mrs. Soppeland had a soft spot for our department. She was a big supporter of Proposition P which helped our department grow into what it is today.
We’re very sorry to hear of Mrs. Soppeland’s passing and we hope her family finds peace and comfort during their time of loss.
