On Friday, Jan. 31, former St. Pius X High School standout Austin Almany’s current college team, the UMSL Tritons, won 12-9 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Central Oklahoma Bronchos.
The game took place at Wendell Simmons Field. This was their first matchup against the Bronchos this season.
The Tritons’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 1 at 9:30 a.m. at Wendell Simmons Field against Oklahoma Baptist Bison.
