On Sunday, Feb. 23, former St. Pius X High School standout Austin Almany’s current college team, the UMSL Tritons, won 9-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the McKendree Bearcats.
The game took place at Hypes Field. This was their second matchup against the Bearcats this season.
The Tritons’ next game is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 24 at 12 p.m. at UMSL Baseball Field against Davenport Panthers.
