Former Desoto Senior High School player and current Missouri S&T Miners infielder and catcher, Trista Grobe, will compete in the NCAA D2 Softball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number eight seed against the first seeded Indianapolis Greyhounds.

The first game is on Thursday, May 9.
